Eng. Serunjogi Steven is a practicing Civil/Structural Engineer, Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE no 841), Registered with the Engineers registration Board (ERB No 741), and Specialising in the design and construction supervision of Mega infrastructure projects. He is currently the CEO of SASA E Consults Ltd, an Engineering firm with mega projects in and out of Kampala. 

Formally serviced as a Honorary Treasurer of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineer, a Lord Councillor representing Engineers on the KCCA Lord council, Chairman planning and development on Nateete Archdeaconry council.

He is currently the Chairman of Health Sector Internal Audit Committee Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.

He is the Vice Chairman of the building and construction technical Committee (TC03) under Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO). 

He is a member of the Building Management Systems committee under the National Building Review board.

He is also a member of the board of directors for Mengo Hospital and Buloba Primary Teachers College.
