The day-to-day operations of ICPAU are handled by the Secretariat. The Secretariat is headed by the Secretary/Chief Executive Officer and assisted by Directors, Managers and Heads of Sections.

The ICPAU Secretariat is divided into three Directorates namely;

• Standards and Regulations
• Education
• Corporate Services.
