Retirement planning techniques involve strategies for effective and holistic retirement – planning for your health, emotional, financial, and social well-being, and work-life transition for a balanced and satisfying future while stress management improves emotional resilience, and bring a sense of calm to the wellbeing.  Stress can cause addiction, exacerbate it and increase the chances of relapse which makes it necessary to incorporate stress management in addiction recovery.

This webinar will assist participants to identify strategies firm managing retirement planning, stress and addictive habits in workplace and other social environments.
