Overview:
This course aims at high level governance and management of practices by looking at practice
management on planning for your firm, building and growing your firm, succession planning and
promoting your professional practice to double your incomes. Participants will also develop
greater understanding of practice in Uganda for aspiring practicing accountants.
CPD Hours:
Participants will be awarded 12 hours of CPD upon full time attendance.
