COURSE DESCRIPTION
Management Accounting is key in providing costing information, planning and controlling organizational resources. Facilitators will share useful insights and experiences on prudent usage of organizational resources amidst disruptive times. Organisations continue to undertake a series of transformational trends and accountants play a significant role in leading this transformation.
This seminar is intended to equip participants with skills in budgeting of organizational resources and suggesting appropriate alternatives for decision-making with the ultimate result of remaining relevant in an evolving environment.
