COVID-19 Risk & Leadership Lessons for Executives

Overview:

CFOs are fully engaged on the battle to survive and maintain cash flow during the COVID-19 crisis.  But as the effects of the outbreak continue to ripple across the global economy, finance leaders must learn valuable new ways to manage risk in the future. There are also return to work challenges.

• Participants will be able to analyse the importance of agility in managing cash flow, working capital, scenario planning, and other financial planning tasks, protect future opportunities while also fighting the immediate impact of the virus, ramify remote working policies and demonstrate leadership in such situations of certainty.

CPD Hours:

• Participants will be awarded 2 hours of CPD upon full time attendance.
