Business Valuation Master Class

Overview:

Accountants perform business valuation engagements for numerous purposes, including transactions, financing, taxation planning and compliance, intergenerational wealth transfer, ownership transition, financial accounting, bankruptcy, management information, and planning and litigation support.

The Business Valuation Masterclass is an intensive program aimed at providing participants with an in-depth understanding of valuation techniques and strategies for business entities.

This master class will empower professionals in finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and related fields with the expertise needed to navigate the complexities of businesses successfully.
