Experiential learning is the process of hands-on learning by observation and interaction. The hands-
on experiences stimulate reflection and inspire the participants to explore opportunities in the
economy. The lessons picked could spur establishment of enterprises among others.
The experiential learning event will provide an opportunity for in-depth learning and motivation
needed for participants to delve into productive sectors that can contribute to economic
