The charging of professional fees should be in line with the fundamental principles enshrined in Section 4.9 of the ICPAU Code of Ethics. ICPAU issued general guidelines about professional fees charged by accountants.
The day-to-day operations of ICPAU are handled by the Secretariat. The Secretariat is headed by the Secretary/Chief Executive Officer and assisted by Directors, Managers and Heads of Sections.
