The ICPAU secretariat handles the day-to-day activities of the Institute and it implements the Council’s policies.

The Chief Executive Officer heads the management team comprising of four heads of departments; the Technical department, Examinations department, Governance and Relations and Finance department.

The Secretariat also supervises the Association of Accounting Technician of Uganda (AATU).
