Overview:
Experiential learning is the process of hands-on learning by observation and interaction. The hands-on experiences will stimulate reflection and inspire the participants to explore opportunities in our beloved country. The lessons picked could spur establishment of some businesses.
The experiential learning as a form of CPD will take on a limited number of participants who will travel to certain locations of the country and learn from established businesses in various sectors such as agri-business, leisure and tourism, manufacturing, mining, and so on.
The participants will develop personal understanding, knowledge, skills and attitudes through the analysis of, and reflection on the places visited.
CPD Hours:
Participants will be awarded 28 hours of CPD upon full time attendance.
